Rules and Conditions of Participation

1. Privilege for MTL customers to join Muang Thai Smile Plus 2021 campaign for car rental on www.drivecarrental.com, Call Center Tel. 02-821-5992, from  Now – 31 December 2021.

2. Members need to have a valid driving license.

3. Please show credit card used for the car reservation and payment with credit card on the day you pick up the car.

4. This rate includes individual accident insurance, car insurance, and tax (full protection).

5. Renters’ qualifications: Renters needs to be 21 years old to be able to rent a car. The main driver and additional driver need to have a valid driving license, renters need to show passport or ID card when picking up the car, the driver needs to have a safe driving history and the full driving license for at least one year which is still valid.

6. Renters need to have a driving license, international driver’s license, and translated document for driving license which is not in English.

7. Renters need be the credit card’s owner, and the card needs to have enough amount for the car rental deposit of at least 10,000 Baht.

8. Deposit: The deposit will be pre-authorized from the credit card, depending on the car models. For small cars with 1.2-1.6 CC engine, the deposit is 10,000 Baht. For big cars with 2.0 CC engine and above, the deposit is 20,000 Baht. The deposit will be transferred back to the customer’s credit card after the car is returned without damage as specified in the conditions.

9. In case renters need the Company to pick up or drop off the car out of site, the information is as follows.
- The transfer service for customers renting car more than 7 days.
- For the distance between 21-60 kilometers, the fee is 321 Baht/round.
- For the distance between 51-70 kilometers, the fee is 749 Baht/round.
- The transfer service in other provinces and in case the distance exceeds 70 kilometers (calculated from the distance).

10. Renters can return the car one hour late.

12. The Company reserves the right to refuse the reservation in case there is no car left in long holiday periods and festival seasons.
